“Very smooth process”

I submitted my claim direct rather than let me vet do it as I found out that the vet can take up to 2 weeks to send it whilst charging me £10 for the pleasure!

Form was sent first class on the Friday and by the Tuesday I had a text message confirming the claim had been paid. Sure enough payment was received in my bank a couple of days later.

Can't ask for more than that!
