My Cavalier has had a few health problems and some are on-going. Animal friends have insured her since birth. As expected my premiums have increased each year and they have always been very fair with my claims. My Cav is now over 5 and I hope they will continue to support us. The only problem I have is the 90 days time limit on claims so I have to monitor them closely because my Vet takes more than 2 weeks to process the forms before I can post them. AF require the forms with them within the time limit. I think it would be fairer if they said '90 days from the Vet invoice date.' Would be happy to recommend them specially knowing that they continue to help such worthy animal charities as well. Win win situation.
