My dog had to have soft palate surgery. Animal Friends completed a pre-authorisation before hand so we could decide what best to do. The claim form was easy to print off and the Vet filled in the technical stuff so it was very easy.

Claim psid within 6 weeks, almost in full, but more than agreed in pre-authorisation so we were over the moon.
