This so called ethical insurance company will find any loophole to avoid paying out.My cat had a retrobulbar abscess my vet lanced it and at the same time removed an infected tooth as a precausion. After paying to see a animal eye specialists fifty miles away,my cat was diagnosed with a tumour.Nothing to do with the tooth.AF stated that has the treatment fell between two policy year we would have to pay two lots of excess. We paid out almost £500 in fees.We recieved back from AF a grand total of £50.88.No wonder they can afford to pay out thousands of pounds to charities. How they can justify calling themselves Animal Friends beggers belief.Anyone considering using them BEWARE.THERE ARE FAR MORE BAD REVIEWS THAN GOOD
