I ordered a bed back before Christmas that was offered for shipping only! I have yet to receive it! Will not order anything else from dogdoza because I feel like this must be some kind of scan! My fur baby needed a bed and I keep putting it off hoping the shipping only bed would come! Have given up so I need to go bed hunting! Very disappointing !

Just bought a large dgdoza box bed with bean filling. Very dissapointed everytime the dog tries to lie on it he can only lie in the centre as both outside edges just blow up with air. I have removed half the beans but the bed still just blows up. Dont waste your money on this bed i went for the more expensive bed and wish i hadnt bothered.

Bought a bed from dogdoza. Great product but when I took the inner cushion out to wash the outer casing I found a manufacturing fault! I have Tried and Tried to contact them, phone, email and even through their returns pathway! Not one acknowledgement or reply! Never mind any help! Product 4 Star/Customer Service a big fat ZERO!

Ordered waterproof dog bed for my Retriever. Overall I was pleased with it but the infill is only cheap rubbish. I had to put a folded babies duvet inside to pad it out. Cover good quality. I expected a proper cushion inside cover for £38. It's a shame they cut corners with the filling that spoils an otherwise good product. Delivery was excellent service.

Bought dog bed back in December 2015, the bed was total unsuitable so I sent it back and asked for a refund. The bed was delivered as someone signed for collection. I never received a refund and have sent over 10 emails with no response.

Supposedly heavy duty, 6 month old lab with no chewing issues has ripped it to bits in less than 24hrs, and she's crated overnight! No product warranty whatsoever. Avoid

Fantastic customer service wrong item sent left a message after hours they got back immediately next day apologies for mistake as they had just taken over the bed that I ordered was dispatched immediately very pleased with it very good quality would recommend them and use them again.

I ordered two beds from this company but after ordering I wanted to change the size of one of the beds On phoning the company to request the change of colour I found the customer service EXCELLENT I was told that the company had just changed ownership and they believe in old fashioned customer service They changed my order the beds which are made to order arrived in three days both myself and two dogs are highly delighted three cheers for a company that deserves to be successful

Bed ordered was awful and was not fit for purpose. No response from the company to phone calls or emails. I would not recommend this company, I have wasted £65

Well made dog bed delivered fast, will order again, we also use it in the back of the car when taking the dog out for a run, waterproof cover is perfect for his muddy paws.

I ordered a dog bowl from a seemingly legitimate company, two weeks later had not received my goods, tried emailing, no reply, tried phoning, their voicemail is always full. I registered a dispute as I had paid with Paypal and guess what, my money was refunded shortly after that. I have never heard anything from them, my advice is steer clear.

I purchased dogdoza beds which cost me 94 pounds. Though happy with the material and quality of the bed, it wasn't what I had ordered. I have been trying constantly to contact then via email and telephone and an getting no reply. Disgusted that I have two beds I can't use, and an now going to have to take this up with my credit card company. Do not go nest this company!!

The product is great. The company is nothing short of crooked. They overcharged VAT on my order (charged 25% instead of the legal rate of 20%) and ignored all my requests to remedy it. They never answer their phone and never respond to emails. I plan to report them

Like so many, I wish I'd never ordered from this company. The initial bed I received was (as per other customers) smaller than quoted, so I returned it for exchange. Since then (over 2 weeks ago), nothing - no refund, no replacement. I have emailed and called, leaving messages, repeatedly. Shameful service.

Do not use purchase from this company. I too ordered a bed - and returned it immediately following all the instructions for return. It was signed for on 15th December. I have not received a refund and have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company by phone. I cannot manage to speak to anyone - their mailbox is always full. On the one occasion it wasn't full I left a message - no response. I've sent several requests for them to contact me via the contact form on their website. No reply. Absolutely APPALLING customer service. Surprised they are still in business - if they are.
