Bought a collar for my dog from this company, I have not received the item, I ordered it at the beginning of march. Due to the fact they have not e-mailed me back nor tried to contact me on the phone number I provided, yet they have taken the money from my account!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! “Avoid dog doze”

I bought a memory foam bed for my saluki. It was not waterproof and when I tried to take the bag off to dry it out, the inner bag fell apart and I had masses of memory foam pieces in my living room. Tried to contact the firm 4 times and yes you guessed it, no response. I will never use a company again that doesn't have a phone no on their site. Wish I had read reviews first ! “Dogdoza Large Round Dog Bed”

I purchased one of these beds online prior to Christmas 2012 (4 months ago) for my Golden Retriever. On arrival, I found this bed to be very heavy to handle, which I was not prepared for, and it is takes real effort to move it around. The memory foam element does not appear to work and the bed certainly does not spring back into shape. Initially pleased with size and comfort of the bed. After a fortnight I removed the cover because it had a small split in the seam. I intended to repair the split myself but found that the inner cover had several splits and the memory foam was coming through. The material of the inner cover is very poor and unable to withstand my Labrador scratching the bed to make himself comfortable- as dogs do!! The product is not bad but my dog would not go on the bed as the memory foam means the bed rises and falls so my dog was spooked by it. I returned it under internet guarantee as stated on the website as I hadnt seen the product and since returning it over 2 weeks ago I have sent virtually daily emails with no response at all and no refund! Please do not use this company. Dogdoza or Tens Med are not registered with Companies house, they do not answer their emails and all telephone numbers that are listed do not work. The bed was smaller than advertised, left out in the rain on delivery and one month on the seams on the cover are falling apart. Purchased a bed, and it was very small and not plump like the photos, so I returned the bed and the company are not answering emails or processing the refund. The beds themselves are excellent quality but if you need to return it for any reason you will not get a refund. Their website has no telephone number on it to contact them, they will not respond to your emails. Hard to believe for a quality product but you will lose your money if you return anything. I couldn't agree more: having struggled to find a decent dog bed for my large dog, I was really pleased when I came across this site. However the person who wrote the previous comment is absolutely right - there is no way at all as far as I can see of contacting the company. And they've not replied to 2 emails I sent asking the questions I would have asked over the phone. Really disappointing; they are doing themselves a great disservice by not responding to emails or including a phone number. - This just makes potential customers very suspicious!

I bought my dog a bed from here as brilliant reviews for the round doza dog bed. Now this is not a bad product but quite expensive. When I came to wash it properly and took off the cover the inside cover had disintegrated and so the crumb foam filing went everywhere.
