“Couldn't have wished for better service”

Having made an offer on-line (a service which many others don't offer) it was literally about one minute before Martyn called me on my mobile to talk through the service and give me some great advice on how best to approach the purchase given that it was a gift for my son's birthday next month. He was equally quickly in touch with the plate owner and the whole thing was sorted out in less than 15 minutes from start to finish. It's not often you get service like this !!
