I recieved illegal number plates that did not conform to British Standards it didn’t have BS AU 145e marked on the plates this is a legal requirement if fitted after September 2021 also the sticky lettering fell off the front . I was also spoken to extremely rudely by a few customer services representatives DO NOT BUY NUMBER PLATES from this company

Bad telephone manner Poor attitude to customers Unable to process a V570 bought the plate only to be told it belongs to another person and if I want it I had to pay another £150 on top of the total cost then it went to £80 then I cancelled my order and informed they don’t do cancellations or refunds DO NOT USE

Bought a plate for my daughters birthday over the telephone with a guy who was really helpful, They explained everything clearly to me and I followed their really clear instructions . Everything happened as they said it would and my daughter was very happy with her present. Would recommend to everyone as it was so simple!

Spoke to a nice gent who helped me put the order through. Followed the simple instructions, sent back what it asked for and sure enough the plates were on my car in the next few days. Great to deal with and have now ordered one for my son too

Bought a plate from this company just over 12 months ago despite not liking the tone of the telephone contact. The plate & transfer went okay.... so if you can accept the condescending tone then they can do the job. If you then enquire later to ask if they would take a plate in part exchange to upgrade they'll ignore you, or if you enquire about a specific plate that they already have interest on then they won't discuss it further..... so Primo Plates you should know that the exact plate I enquired with you that you were not interested in selling to me just FYI .... I have since bought the same plate through one of your competitors. Look after your customers better and they will buy from you again, if not..... goodbye

could not fault as they did exactly as they said they would. Brought on Sunday and the plates are on my car today. Perfect. Spoke to a nice guy on the phone who processed my order who obvisly knew his stuff.

Bought my plate online with them...called customer service to clear some things before sending documents. They are not bothered and careless. Asked me to check the document they sent...

I purchased a private reg from Primoregistrations recently, and the price and service seemed fine. I took the interest free option and all was good until the end of the form where Primo ask for £39.99 as a processing fee.This must be wrong ,in my opinion, and they should be stopped from doing this.They also offer a a so called "Fully Managed Transfer Service" for just £24.99.I did the transfer online at DVLA earlier today which took me all of 2 minutes to do. Another Primo rip off. I spoke to someone at Primo about this , and they are not interested. Beware.

From the first phone call to putting my plates on the car 7 days clear easy instructions followed by good communication by email a very competitive price for my plate a simple easy transition I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again

PRIMO Registrations were absolutely fantastic. First class service from start to finish. They were extremely quick to send out my new plates and were in contact almost daily to keep me informed of progress. The customer service was excellent and I would give them ten stars if I could! Absolutely faultless and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My shiny new number plates are superb quality too and came with all the fixings and instructions I needed. Very happy customer!

I experienced some difficulty as I do not yet have a vehicle to put the plate on an so I have no vehicle details! This seemed to be a problem for the site. However the value of the plates available from this company are really good so despite my previous comments I would recommend them!

Initial phone call was clear and uncomplicated. Paperwork was unambiguous with clear guidance. Transfer was extremely quick. the whole process was a lot less painful than I had anticipated.

This is the first time I've ever wanted a personalised registration for a vehicle (a camper van I never want to sell) and hadn't got a clue how to go about it. No worries - Primo do it all for you! It's easy to browse what's available on the internet based on your desired name or whatever, but Primo had everything explained very clearly, and out of over a dozen companies were the cheapest. The forms and payment were easy to complete, and they text/email you at every stage, which is a really helpful service. I couldn't believe how quickly they processed everything and even sent the actual plates within 2 days of my order. That was a bit frustrating though, as then I thought I'd have to wait weeks for the legal transfer and DVLA admin. No such thing, within a few days I received a text and email from Primo to say it had all been approved and I could phone my insurance company and put the plates on the van. I've been like a kid in a sweet shop and keep going out to smile at the new plates on the van. Brilliant company I'll definitely use again to buy my wife a special registration on her next major birthday (although I'll have to help her get a decent car first)!
