Do Not Use This Company

Premier Number Plates Ltd has several websites, I used the Luton one. They are all based at Milton Keynes, not local to you as the websites imply. The Luton website offers next day delivery, and plates for £16:50, only when purchasing does it state postage pushing the price to £21:35, still okay for next day delivery. The email confirmation after purchase was the first time I realised I needed to send my Licence and V5 off, recorded delivery.
That's when I realised this was not a Next Day service, and the cost had just gone up to about £26. A 64% increase on the advertised price - even Ryan Air have stopped this practice.
My return email was 14 minutes later, straight away in legal terms, cancelling the order and requesting a refund. The response from Cesar Rocca was arrogant to say the least, he said I ticked the box agreeing to the terms and conditions and one of those conditions was no refunds. In the email conversation that followed I stated that if he would not refund my payment I would write to Trading Standards and the DVLA (register of number plate suppliers), Cesar's response was 'go ahead, they will explain that I'm acting within the rules...' He has obviously had dealing with them before and this is backed up by reviews I have since read.
All the reviews I've read since my dealing with the company have scored them 1 star or 5 stars. If you look at the 5 star reviews they all look like they have been written by his mates. The first one written here is by the company in it's London guise and the first 2 on Google reviews actually have the company logo on them. It is illegal in the UK to write a review about your own business.
