“Terrible service!”

I placed an order and paid for first class delivery. One week later I did not receive the product even though I had paid for the product and first class postage. When I complainted they refused to reimburse me.

They are not a reliable company, I would never use them again or recommend them to a friend. In the end I was out of pocket but I did report them to trading standards and waiting to hear.
