Having spent some time perusing numerous web sites for an individual plate I came to platehunter.com – what a fantastic find, knowledgeable, helpful and such great customer service, they did everything from registering the plate with DVLA to forwarding physical plates without having to wait for V5 to get plates made meant that within a very short space of time I could use my new registration on the car. 100% customer satisfaction & can recommend without hesitation.

Saw a number plate I liked for my wife, made an offer on it got a call back saying it would be submitted and that I would get a call back the next day to let me know, the call never happened so my wife made an offer a week later to try and get someone to communicate with us, she used my number and the company called back and realised it was me & said my offer had been refused, I made another offer verbally and asked the company to look into different number plates for me again was told I would get a call back the next morning, 3 days on and still no phone call, I called yesterday and got no reply left a message for someone to contact me to keep me in the loop as to what is actually happening but still haven’t heard a thing. If my offer isn’t enough or the seller isn’t replying then I would rather know this as I think to get no response at all is just rude. If the seller wants full asking price for the plate then why have the option to make offers it makes no sense.
