At first negative reviews did make me feel negative and a no refund policy did make it feel worse but facing the reality for yourself makes a big difference , I receive a feed back within two working days that every thing is done and my reg. plates are in the post followed by an email from DVLA saying that my reg. can be swapped. After a week my new log book arrived and my insurance company was informed, In four words I would say THINGS WENT SO SMOOTH .Thank you for your service , my dreams have come true .
