WE PURCHASED A PLATE FROM PLATEHUNTER IN JULY 2013,NOW NOVEMBER,TRANSACTION ,NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND STRESS TO OURSELVES,TOLD DIFFERENT EXCUSES AND BROKEN PROMISES FROM ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF.
FIRST OF ALL NOT THE NUMBER WE ORDERED ALLOCATED TO CAR,(EVEN THOUGH PLATES ARRIVED TWO TIMES WITH ORIGINAL REG ORDERED )(BLAME PUT ON DVA & DVLA)
SENT DOCUMENTS OFF AGAIN (MIDDLE OF AUGUST) TO PLATEHUNTER FOR ORIGINAL NUMBER ORDERED TO BE PLACED ON CAR THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD DO THAT.STILL WAITING FOR THAT.CAR HAS BEEN OFF ROAD FOR A MONTH ,DUE TO NO V5 AND REMINDER FROM DVLA NOT RECONISING CODE NUMBER TO EITHER, TAX OR SORN VEHICLE.SO ALSO LIABLE FOR £80 FINE FROM DVLA.
WE ENDED UP BEING SENT V5 & MOT BACK FROM PLATEHUNTER LAST WEEK AND ASKED TO TAX VEHICLE AND THEY WOULD REFUND THAT BACK TO OURSELVES FOR ALL THE HASSLE & STRESS WE HAVE HAD.
TALKED TO DIRECTOR OF SALES TODAY,WHO SAID ,!WE DONT DO THAT!AND SAID HE WOULD TALK TO OTHER MEMBER OF STAFF WHO PROMISED THIS ( WAS GOING TO RING BACK ,BUT NOTHING)
WHEN THE DOCUMENTS WERE SENT OFF THERE WAS WELL ENOUGTH TIME TO ALLOCATE NEW PLATE BEFORE TAX RAN OUT,THEN I WOULD HAVE PUT VEHICLE ON SORN OVER WINTER (AS IT IS CONVERTIBLE,AND NOT USED THROUGH WINTER)BUT NOW HAD TO PAY FOR THE ROAD TAX FOR SIX MONTHS SO THEY CAN HAVE MORE TIME.
SO BEWARE
,I WOULD NEVER DEAL AGAIN WITH THEM .I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH OTHER PLATE PROVIDERS.
BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE A NITEMARE.

Unfortunately dvla did allocate a wrong number to the car, we then in turn rectified it for you. Apologies on behalf of dvla and my company. Glad it's all sorted now!

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF DELIVERY DATES ,OR GO BACK ON WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE CUSTOMERS .IN A FORM OF COMPENSATION.
DO NOT MAKE SUCH STATEMENTS OR MISLEAD THEM.
NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
