I ordered plates for my car sometimes in early June 2012 and paid for it through bank card. They said I will receive my plate within 3 or so working days but I waited 2 weeks and still didn't receive the plates do I had to email them many times telling them about the situation and they got back to me in mid July and as I was going away for a 3 months holiday I asked them to send it to my friend's garage as I'm going away they replied back and said they surely will send it to them. I posted a week or so ago about pretty much the same as all you others that have been ripped off by this company. I paid via debit card which in most cases does not come under the rules of money being returned like paypal or credit cards etc....However I reportded the company to my bank as being fraudulent and also directed them in way of this website. 4 days later they returned my money and are investigating the company. I hope the rest of you get your money back and hopefully a few nasty... (read more)

I bought a set of plates, when they arrived the back plate was cracked and the front plate was in motorbike size...not good when you have a car. i emailed them and got a sarcastic reply. I bought another front plate, this time the correct size and have been waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive. I have opened a paypal dispute as luckily i bought it through them DO NOT USE (read more)

Hi guys...just so you know there is another reviewer who has given them a good review (i know lol) and said they got an email from (name removed) the owner personally so I have requested it from said reviewer...worth a try. I will post it on here if i get a reply.
I know its only a small amount of money but this company needs sorting out.

I am in the same situation as you, money was taken a few days after ordering. Ordered the plates on 5th i think, no confirmation or anything. I have sent emails to all the addresses but only get the automated responce, over a week and no plates and £28.00 down. What number did you call as I have not found one?

I just googled the company and called the number on the 'contact us' part of their website. If i go directly to the website, its down. The number didnt ring, just gave me option to leave voicemail, which i did...
I ordered on the 6th and money came out the same day! So frustrating as it's not alot of money, but it's the principle. This guy is either running an incredible shady business or he has simply gone bust and still carelessly taking money from people!!
If you have any response from him, let me know please! I'll do the same..

Seen a lot of negative comments , after i had ordered my plates, and yes they did not turn up on the next day, but after contacting John he emailed me back with an apologies and he was as good as his word and refunded the delivery charge and the plates turned up as promised. the delay was not the company s fault it was the Post. I ordered a set of plates from this website and heard nothing so I emailed John and got a reply back straight away - he said I may have entered an in correct number so he gave me a 20% discount for goodwill. I decided to order another set as they were such good value but they arrived as standard font rather than legal hi-line. Hi do you have (name removed) pesonal email please...there are a few people on here wanting to speak to the man about taking money from accounts and not sending any plates...including me. I wouldn't mind but I was sat here waiting around not even knowing if they were ever going to turn up. I had to order from another supplier which are on their way to me as we speak.
So if you can help out with (name removed) email we would all be very grateful.

Like other customers have noted that the emails just bounce back when you try to chase this company and they have no telephone contact number. You wouldnt happen to have a phone number for them, other than the opne on their website, do you? I'm in the same position, as is another guy who comemnted on my bad review on them. I really want to get hold of them and see what the hell they are playing at. IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO PRINT A NUMBER PLATE AND PUT IT IN THE POST?
