Hidden charges & you have to pay for customer service.

Terrible experience, they look cheap but then there are hidden costs, you have to purchase there number plates and there is an extra fee for them to sort the paperwork, when I called them to ask about time scales I was told bluntly once she had looked up I had not purchased the "service pack" every thing is in the email and that was sent, I was shocked at the attitude, I re read the email thinking I must have missed something. I had not the email just confirms payment and references another letter that will be sent, no timescales, no help just thanks for the money, I called back and spoke to another lady who actually stated as I did not purchase the extra pack "why should she help to make it easier for me to do", I was so shocked she actually asked if i was still there, I replied I have to pay for customer service and her reply was you have to pay for the "extra service".. The whole experience was terrible, this is the 3rd plate we have purchased over the years and iv never had these issues, they look cheap but you don't see the extra charges until you in too deep to the application form..who process took too long and cost too much for the service received, avoid...David Knight
