Overall, the service provided by nationalshowplate was very good. Post-transaction documentation was received swiftly and the plates themselves within 4 days! I did, however, ask them to complete the transfer for me and I posted the necessary Registration Document once the online payment had been made. I'm still awaiting the updated document to be returned to me a fortnight after I'd sent it (though we've enjoyed a Bank Holiday within this time which may have impacted the 7-10 day completion... I was sent an email from this so called company for a review, so here it is, I would NOT use this company ever again having got my 2 order's wrong, on two separate occasions. They very dearly check emails so you don't get a response on your order and when you question your wrong order you don't get a reply, 4 emails over 4 days and yet still no reply on yet again another wrong order. Not a good way to run a company. So if I were you search for another company who will do a far better job.... (read more)

I ordered two plates from nationalshowplates and as requested, sent my ownership verification documents by PDF within 30mins. Received a confirmation email but never received the plates. Nationalshowplates say they never received my docs and 9 days later, I asked for a refund which has been refused despite email evidence. I would never use them again but if you do, phone them to confirm the documents were received. Could have been prevented if nationalshowplates had a process to chase up... (read more)
