Terrible Customer Service / no refund after return

Had similar problem to others below with this company and dealing with their dreadful customer service, I wish I had visited the review centre and read these posts first.

Absolutely awful service from myshowplates, they refused to communicate via telephone as nothing is recorded and they like to keep a record (obviously this company has numerous complaints). This is unlike the comments below stating the calls are recorded...

Emails back were short and abrupt when a problem was raised and there was no resolution offered, instead a smarmy production manager claiming it is an impossibility that an error could occur on their hi-tech 600 plates per day software and that I made a typo on my registration plate of 8yrs. I was simplay told to re-order and pay again.

This guy obviously doesn't know his market very well if he thinks people are only ordering plates for their kids bedroom walls.

The confirmation email doesn't give any details of what you have ordered so it is simply your word against theirs once you have clicked pay, after that he doesn't want to know. On other reviews below where this has been raised he has responded to say that he has taken this feedback on board but obviously he hasn't and for some reason refuses to give a confirmation of what you have ordered??

I think i'll go back to fancy plates and pay that bit more for better quality and service.

I even returned plates recorded to Jersey at an extra cost to myself and they stopped returning my emails and did not refund me.
