The company is very bad for customer service and charges prior to making the plates. If you attempt to cancel (even at midnight) it will not happen and you will be charged regardless of if they even dispatch the numberplate (which they didn't).

Suggest using alternate services, even Halfords has a better customer service.

Hi there

I am sorry to hear that your shopping experience with us was not a happy one.

You placed an order with us for bespoke (made to order) goods. Our site terms clearly state that should you place an order with us then you would not be able to cancel the order afterwards. As for charging before the goods are made …. this is normal practice when the goods being sold are 'made to order'. We would be a bit silly to make up your order and then find that your payment card declines wouldn't we. We would soon be out of business if we operated that way.

We take on board your comments and thank you for them. The great many other reviews on this review site do contradict you though however. We do try to give our customers the best possible shopping experience and we're happy that we achieve that goal 95% of the time. We would of course like to have a 100% satisfaction score but this is the real world and we're never going to make everybody happy. We try though.
