Shocking and Horrible Customer Service
I bought a personalised number plate of the site, before placing the order I call the company to make sure I will receive the plates, as it was a surprise bdays gift for my wife, on Saturday. The guy over the phone said it would be £12.99 for guaranteed delivery. I made sure that after paying the amount I will definitely receive the plates as it was a bday gift.
So I paid 12.99 and guess what after waiting all day on Saturday I didn’t receive the plates. A massive embarrassment in front of the family and friends,
I went to the local garage and got the number plates made to save myself even more embarrassment.
Call demonplates on Monday to see how they going to rectify the problem as I didn’t receive the numberplate on Saturday and I didn’t need them anymore. Just wanted my money refunded

spoke to somebody and they said they will get back to me and after whole day of no phone call , i called them about 15:10 and the answer was that they cannot refund me and if I wasn’t happy with it, I need to speak to the owner of the business and he was not on site.
So after all the embarrassment I now can’t get a refund for something I do not want anymore.
Very Very disappointed with overall service and the attitude of the company.
I would seriously avoid the company.

We gave you a tracking number which proved that we sent the plates with the Royal Mail on Friday afternoon by Special Delivery for Saturday AM delivery.

I understand your frustration but we do not deliver the plates, the Royal Mail do and it was they that let you down and not us.

If you want to vent your anger on somebody then I suggest you aim it in the direction of the Royal Mail because we did absolutely everything you paid us to do.

With regards your attitude on the phone to my staff, well that just shows me that you're very much the kind of customer that we do not want. We should never have taken your last minute rush order!!!!!!!!!!
