The website ordering service was very easy and I had no issues at all. I had quite a few general queries relating to my order as the vehicle was contract hire, the service via telephone was excellant. All my queries were answered straight away. The advisor was polite and listened to all my queries and answered them all. I also had a call back on a service point of view. I would recommend Carreg to all friends and family and would definately use again
