I have been training as a student with HFE for around 10 months and working in the Health & Fitness industry for around 16 years (always at senior Director level). I decided to change my career direction and having a good knowledge of the UK main training providers I opted for HFE to complete my PT qualification. I was so impressed with the company I went on to complete an Exercise Referral and Low Back Pain qualification.
