I have had 2 loans from tesco, one last year and a new one this year. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced! All the staff that I spoke to were helpful, friendly and cared a lot.

The application was quick and easy, response quick, even when I did have a referral on my second loan. The staff kept me up to date along the way and then confirmed when the monies had been transferred.

I have honestly never experienced such a good customer service anywhere as I have with Tesco Loans.

The rate I was given was good and the repayment options were good, with 2 months holiday break to start the loan.
