“They failed before the start”

I think this company is a bluff... I did my application and I `ve got the confirmation email saying "We are currently setting up your account" - fine... they says it takes 2 hours, very rarely 24 hours. After 3 days I still haven`t heard anything about them, so I decided to send an email... Guess what? I can`t do that because this lovely company blocked my IP addressee... i have set up my account and have had email confirming my credit limit. they said 15mins to 2hours for a transfer and its now been 12hours and still nothing but i am still being charged interest for money that i have not recieved

“Rubbish communication”

When first taking on this offer with clear account they were absolutely fine until I changed my job and my pay dates changed. I emailed them as being profoundly deaf cannot use the phone and advised them that I had changed my job and was being paid fortnightly instead of monthly. My financial circumstances had not changed just the pay date. I was applying for alone when being directed to clear account, I then again put In my bank details etc and then came to a page which stated that I needed to put in my online banking details, I found this very odd as every other loan site will usually use your bank details. I have been having problems with this service. I have a clear account credit line and THEIR systems now mine have been going down on a regular basis where you have to input your online banking details time and time again. I did this and complied with this and they have now blamed me because they haven't taken their payment on time. hi there, nope having the same problem! was all ok last week but saturday havent had anything, being told there is a delay and should be by the end of the working day etc. but no news as yet. Have you been with them long?

glad you got yours sorted hun, nope just checked and its not bloody there!! argghh so annoyed!! when did you request yours and how much for if you dont mind asking? they mentioned that smaller amounts might get put through first? god i bet your relieved that its come through, ive always done deposits weekdays with them and its been in within 20 mins so i think you'll be fine using them but try to avioud weekend to avoid this again, please respond and let me know when you put in for deposit and how much, if you dont mind telling me? thanks hun, btw add me on fb

Hi both,

We can now confirm that the deposits issue from the weekend has been resolved.

All deposits requested over Saturday, Sunday and first thing this morning have now been sent. Funds requested should be in your account by the end of today (Monday) at the latest, hopefully in the next couple of hours.

Once again, can we take this opportunity to sincerely apologise for the problems experienced over this weekend. Although the problem did not originate with us and resolution was out of our hands, it does not reflect the standards we set ourselves or that our customers are entitled to expect.

We now have two separate payment systems up and running through different banks to try and minimise the risk of this happening again at a weekend, although with unplanned outages with bank systems a fact of life on occasion, the risk can never be entirely eliminated.

Thank you again for using ClearAccount.

Well ive been waiting 4 days nearly still no cash ive bn told sum1 will ring me back twice ive had to start my account again and when i do ring it just rings out most the time. Im workin away and was relying on cash for last nite has av spent to much on parking in london and have a lot to pay out agen tomoz so no cash no fuel and i cant have any food tonyt because the 14 quid i do have will allow me to do a few hours work tomoz then after that im doomed
