“Never receive funds in my bank account. awaiting...”

written by bbfox on 14/04/2016

Last night, I couldn't sleep as from 6 weeks ago, my employer forgotten to pay a week's shift I'd done and its taken now up to 6 weeks to retify and so I am still waiting for my employer to pay me what i'm owe. since 6 weeks ago, I had ruined my finance plans and made me incur bank charges do to bounced direct debits and now fallen slightly behind on household bills. So i tried all this morning looking for a loan and came across SafetyNet Credit. After receiving emails from them and started filling out the application and ended up with phoning them and speaking to Ali, one of their representative who helped and advise me why and how to change my passcode and memorable on my online bank log in. we swiftly moved through the application where it resulted that I was accepted for a loan in which I confirm to take and Ali processed it through. I asked many questions throughout the application process and was happy with the answers although was I bit reluctant to understand why they wanted me to change my log in set up on my bank. but he reassured me its only for them to read only and to see whats coming into my account. its very scary to think they can do that but as im in need of this loan - i didnt think much more. he assured that they will keep an eye on my incoming so they can take the repayment automatic from my account. he also told me it will take 15mins to 2 hours for the loan to reach my account. i waited and waited and ended up calling then 20mins before it hit the 2 hours slot. i was then advise that my account no was wrong and that the loan went elsewhere??? apparently out of the 8 digit account number i'd given, 1 digit was wrong! then got me thinking - how weird! out of all the digits they can get wrong..such in my date of birth, the 16 digits long card no. on the front of my bank card or even my telephone numbers - they get the account no. wrong!!! so looking at my dashboard account i have with safetynet credit - its reads they i have to repay £201.60 (as the 80p per a £100 interest has already been added) but my balance is in credit with £14 which was what my balance was before i went with them. I spoke to 3 people, they all advise that i should call them by 3pm tomorrow as (hopefully, they all said) the £200 will bounce back into their account, the interests will be written off and then i can openly borrow whatever i can again after 3pm tomorrow. My main concern is, i get paid Saturday, today is Thursday so if nothing is resolved by tomorrow, what if SafetyNet Credit tries to take my salary on saturday for the repayment of loan I didnt receive plus those interest charges??? i quickly phoned my bank as having reading up on reviews. I will now leave it until tomorrow and will call them by 3pm and will review their actions tomorrow. the reps on teh phone sounds like they are reading from scripts and after awhile somewhat sounds patronising as repeatly says, I do apology....Again, I am so sorry...I understand and I can only apology again....i don't think they know what they are allow to say or not, like they are hiding how they word things. they words do leave me unstable with how to trust what they are saying now. I was very pleased from the first call and struggled with the following 3 calls (I made to them)!!! im left dissappointed as its not put me in a even worst financial situation to begin with!

How did you get on in the end? Did they pay you and seem legit or was it a sham as was looking into using them now? Many thanks
