I contacted this company about my situation over the phone but they do not log it. I was made to pay further interest and charges also to my surprised they damage my credit rating. I complain through the head office but no replied. I went through ombudsman but they lied that I never contact them about my situation. My advise is if you ever contact this people make sure you get written agreement otherwise you will be tricked.
