Customer services dept is terrible! When somthing goes wrong they will take ages to respond and will not provide you with the information requested.

If you ever find yourself in financial difficulty, they will refuse to reduce or stop the interest on account , unlike most other lenders who will agree to this.

Avoid this company! They act very friendly when they are offering you a loan but do not treat creditors fairly if a problem arises.
