Had a fantastic experience coming into your branch, everyone is very friendly even to the point where I was offered teas and coffee. It's a comfortable environment to be in and in my case I was under a lot of stress due to my circumstances financially. In some situations you would feel unwilling to talk about such a situation but the staff made me feel comfortable to inform them in confidence and helped to reassure you that you can be helped. The staff are very understanding and I found that they can sympathise with you and you get the impression they actually want to help which is very rare in the financial market where in my personal experience people are looking for a quick buck. I would definitely consider returning in the future and would also definitely reccomend to all my friends.
