When we arrived for our appointment we had a warm welcome,
all the staff in the branch were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
my wife and i were worried about a short fall on our morgage but we were told not to be concerned as they could sort every thing out ,after about 40 minuits into the interview racheal noticed that there where discrepancies with Santanders morgage statements,with this info staff then accompanied us to Santander to try and sort things out this took about 60 minuites in the local branch
we would recommend this branch to all my family and friends
i would like to thank all the staff for all there efforts in sorting out our financial problems and we were satisfied 200%
we where also give true and honest advice on other financail matters
i would use there services again if ever required
