I'm confused, why do most of the reviews sound as if they are good to so business with when they request not only your bank details but all the online banking security details to? hi there, nope having the same problem! was all ok last week but saturday havent had anything, being told there is a delay and should be by the end of the working day etc. but no news as yet. Have you been with them long?

glad you got yours sorted hun, nope just checked and its not bloody there!! argghh so annoyed!! when did you request yours and how much for if you dont mind asking? they mentioned that smaller amounts might get put through first? god i bet your relieved that its come through, ive always done deposits weekdays with them and its been in within 20 mins so i think you'll be fine using them but try to avioud weekend to avoid this again, please respond and let me know when you put in for deposit and how much, if you dont mind telling me? thanks hun, btw add me on fb

We can now confirm that the deposits issue from the weekend has been resolved.

All deposits requested over Saturday, Sunday and first thing this morning have now been sent. Funds requested should be in your account by the end of today (Monday) at the latest, hopefully in the next couple of hours.

Once again, can we take this opportunity to sincerely apologise for the problems experienced over this weekend. Although the problem did not originate with us and resolution was out of our hands, it does not reflect the standards we set ourselves or that our customers are entitled to expect.

We now have two separate payment systems up and running through different banks to try and minimise the risk of this happening again at a weekend, although with unplanned outages with bank systems a fact of life on occasion, the risk can never be entirely eliminated.

Well ive been waiting 4 days nearly still no cash ive bn told sum1 will ring me back twice ive had to start my account again and when i do ring it just rings out most the time. Im workin away and was relying on cash for last nite has av spent to much on parking in london and have a lot to pay out agen tomoz so no cash no fuel and i cant have any food tonyt because the 14 quid i do have will allow me to do a few hours work tomoz then after that im doomed

ive received a facebook message, saying if id put in for it now itd go through fine, but theyre sorting the backlog of requests from the weekend with their bank barclays, i bank with barclays and havent heard of any problems from my end? think maybe as its the weekend its caused problems? ive checked my bank and still nothing!!

Ive not even had a message back from them, I put in a request on Sat thinking it went through, but didnt then did it again on Sun again and waited all day, the frustrating thing is that its took me to my limit and Im getting charged for it and only wanted the one request. I will keep trying! keep me posted and I will do the same.

No me neither, managed to get through on the phone and said the same and that they are working on it its an issue with Barclays but if its your first deposit then they would look at bankind details. I said that its not my first deposit so it wouldnt be that. They are hoping to have the money today but cant give me a timeframe. Like you I am going to ring at lunch again and see what they say! Same here, up to my limit now because of the issue.

yeah ive been using them for a while now and never had any issues so cant be they need to look at my bank either, ive only got a 192 limit, think as im self employed? i have emailed and asked if i can have my limit looked at but then dont want to give them that to look at instead of the initial payment so its hard knowing what to do, think ill ring again at lunch, keep me posted on any news you have and ill do the same, thanks fro responding in the first place, i wasnt sure if it was just me so thought id check on here! x

We apologise unreservedly for the delay in deposits reaching your account.



They are currently queuing with our bank provider and we were advised yesterday that these funds would have started to flush through during the evening. However it would now seem that this information was inaccurate and we can only apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.



We are chasing the bank relentlessly in order to get these funds out to our customers. This is not a service that we are in any way comfortable providing and we thank you for your continued patience.



Rest assured this is the highest priority for all levels of management and is an issue which has affected a large proportion of our customer base.

ok thanks, i got a similar email to this earlier, they said that they are starting to go through and are in a queue with barclays, so i presume we will prob receive our deposits today? I am hoping so have a young baby and they took repayment last week (actually I bank with barclays and they took the repayment fine on friday??) which has left me short, i think ill give them a ring again in a couple of hours if still not got the funds,its annoying as they said that if we put in for the funds now they would go through as normal, have you had any problems with clear account before? xx

no this is the first time i used them I was a bit sceptical about it all and when this happended I thought that I had made a massive mistake, I made a deposit on Friday and came through no problem at all. Just the weekend's deposits that havent come in. I cant put in for funds as im up to limit waiting for them to put the money in then pay some back. hopefully it wont be too much longer xx

no still gettin told that barclays are being slow sorting the problem, seems odd as im with barclays and been told no issues either, they are saying money is with them in queues and hoping will be done at some point today but still no idea of approx timescale, bubblyflower - so theyve told u they hope to get to us by close of banking day?? i phoned about ten mins ago and they seemed abit annoyed with people ringing but its just dificult not to when you dont know whats going on!!

no this is my first time using them, I used it last week and no problem its just funds over the weekend that seem to have got stuck.Ive been reading on the internet that this has happended before and people have got their money. Fingers crossed they come through, how about yourself

hi no nothing again still theyre just saying they apologise and would hope it would be sorted today, i wonder if theyve got money problems or something and havent even got the money to lend?!! ive not facebooked again, might do now again see where we get, if we all keep ringing emailing them we might get somewhere, i feel for you two as first time customers id be so annoyed, more than i am anyways, ive used them before and money always been in within about 20 minutes, so really odd, ive just had an email saying theyll email me with any updates, probably because ive hassled them so much on the phone! bubblyflower - got anywhere further hun? xx

yeah would be interesting to know if anyone has received there money yet? it doesnt seem like it from the posts on here, i dont think its going to be today either and thats why they wont say cos they probably know, its strange but i just rang and got told same thing no further update, and the girl i spoke to said we have to get the money off barclays, then she changed what she said and said sorry we send the money to barclays? so i wonder if there lending to lend from barclays? xx

its just strange how during the week its fine then come weekends it all goes wrong, there is possibly something wrong with their system and is causing delay, im hoping that it will be in my account later or at least thing tomorrow. Ill be checking my bank everyhalf an hour to see if its gone in xx

“Useless!”

I deposited 100 in to my account Friday to cover me for the weekend until payday Tuesday. I left 100.00 in to pay some direct debits on Monday. Clear account never deposited any money but yesterday took 101.00' of my account and has left me with 26p to live on and no money to cover my direct debits!! I am also waiting for money to be transferred and was told there is a problem at RBS......I have spoken to RBS and they are not aware of ANY electronic payment issues, they are only having some problems with collecting cheques from some branches due to flooding in some areas. The sign up process is easy and idea is great. problem comes when you try and get money deposited to be told that there are delays due to RBS problems. Would understand but after reading previous reviews it doesnt seem like this is a one-off problem.
