thiscompany took money out my account without permission and have no phone number to get hold of them tryed emailingf the does anybody know if you can contact them any other way

if you want the refund aparently you have to send them a letter in writing to cancel the account. the same thing happened to me. my details were passed on to them after i applied for a credit card but i didn't even know they existed until the money was taken from my account.
