I was given a quote much higher than from my original pension provider and all the necessary documentation sent to me in a couple of days. What could be a daunting wad of paperwork was marked up with yellow tabs at the relevant areas which made it very simple to complete. During the process I was called several times with an update and my annuity was set up within three weeks. A very efficient and friendly service which I'd happily recommend to anyone.

Retirement Solutions made the headache of Annuity purchase easy. This was the one aspect of retirement that I was dreading. Everything was explained clearly and methodically. I had several funds that needed combining and moving to a different provider. All the options, and options within options were dealt with until I was clear and confident about my final decision. Mostly using emails, with one or two phone calls, all the issues were resolved. There was no 'fingers crossed' that I had done the right thing. Can't think of anything negative about them or their service - it was all very, very good.

In this day and age when it feels that everyone is trying to get their hands on your money, I was very worried when I decided see if I could find a broker who could try to improve the income on some of my pensions. Firstly I looked around the internet to find suitable brokers. Then once I had selected a few I checked online for reviews. But even then after choosing I was worried that I was going to loose what for me was a substantial amount of money. I would like to say that almost as soon as I agreed to let Retirement Solutions take on my case I felt happier, as I was emailed immediately by one of their Annuity Administrator who then took over sorting out of the old policies and then the transfer of these funds to the agreed new company. I will not say that there were no snags during this process, but I know if I had tried to do this myself the problems would have been at least as bad and I would have had all the worry. I am happy that I left all these worries to the experts. If my experience is anything to go by I would not hesitate in recommending Retirement Solutions.

Hi, Just thought I would pass on a few comments regarding the company, was not sure how to proceed with my pension so decided to ask for help and received great response and support from this company. They were extremely helpful, patient and informative on what my options could be and how to proceed, once selected and I signed the documentation I was kept fully informed on the process without having to do any of the arduous paperwork and searching. I was extremely satisfied with what they undertook and how they processed my request for assistance in what was a grey area for myself to understand all of the existing and new legislation. From start to finish I was kept up to date . Even after changing my mind on my preferred option , it was no bother to them to amend my choice . They helped me to get a far superior pension than what I was offered by my original pension company . I can't recommend them high enough !
