For the past 4 months when I login to the AEGON UK website it produces misleading and inaccurate personal pension forecasts (Oct 2015). No one at AEGON wants to take up this problem and I have been passed from pillar to post with bad excuses. The Customer Service department is frankly appalling and the staff are unfamiliar with their own products. In spite of countless emails and telephone calls to AEGON I still currently have no accurate idea of what my pension will be. Many of my co workers have also become disillusioned with this poor pension provider and have reduced their monthly contributions to the bare minimum. I would most certainly not recommend AEGON to a friend and am arranging to withdraw from this poor quality plan provider asap.
