The Baracuda Power is a heavyweight (10.19 grains) copper-plated roundhead pellet designed to give long-range accuracy, penetration and expansion. The pellets are beautifully made, oozing quality from every aspect. Now look at the lid of the tin, and you will notice a little symbol that says "25J". Translating this into English, it means "recommended for guns that are capable of at least 20 ft-lbs". Even with the normal Baracuda Match you are not going to get much expansion - unless you fire the pellet point blank at a rock of course :)

I bought a tin of the Baracuda Power and they are accurate enough in my HW80, but there again so are a number of other pellets and the shiny copper colour is not really worth it for the price in a 12 ft-lb rifle.
