“Disgusting!”

I have never taken out a loan with this company but all of a sudden i have a debit of £260ish pounds, wonga then takes my card details and hangs up not only on me but the police, twice. I knew these people were dogey but hanging up on the police says it all! They are still taking money from me even after being assured after 5 hang up calls in total that the loan in my name was frozen and marked! Customer service poor.

this has happened to me as well on the 20th July, informed the police and also the bank, they've put a stop on my card, very funny thing is that it's for about the same amount! How did they get the card info? Should they not have tighter security when giving money away. I've never had a loan, and would never go down this route to get one, really am fed up with the way being treated, we all haven't got money to give away!

I had never heard of Wonga until this week when I noticed within 2 days they had taken out 7 withdrawals totallying over £600 they had over drawn my account and drained it dry . I have never had a loan with this company or any dealings . The bank now have their fraud squad onto them. I dont know how they got my card details ???
