I have never had a loan off wonga i allowed someone to use my bank card to make a one off payment to wonga. wonga took it upon themselves to keep my card details and when they couldn't get money from account holder for a different loan wonga took over £500 out of my account. I contacted wonga who at first said they couldn't do anything about it I had to get the money back off the account holder myself then after telling them I was going to take it further they agreed to pay me my money back and said it would take 24 hours to go into my account. 24 hours later and still no money i contacted them again to find out that it was now going to take 6 days.I have a 2 year old son to look after and bills to pay and they were happy to leave me without a penny for 6 days and i didn't even have a loan off them
