The process to get the loan was easy & fast but fees might have been a little too high. The customer service was quite satisfactory. But qualifing for the amount you need, especially when you say "bad credit ok", not easy. I really feel that if bad credit is ok you should be able to get the max you were offering. Before having to give all my information I would have liked to know if qualifying would affect my credit score.
