Have had at least 4 loans with peachy, always found it really quick and easy. Paid off my last loan £325 a month for 3 months. Just tried to get a loan for £300 and was declined. Seems really arbitrary. I has same outgoings and I come???? Why?

They gave me a loan for 9 months when I had multiple loans already, poor credit rating and allowed me to top it up as well, I replayed early. And assume that’s why they won’t lend to me again. My credit rating is 100 points higher than it was with first loan, and low and behold they won’t lend to me again. Customer loyalty obviously isn’t something they’re interested in. Anyhow they suck, and I’m now gonna put a claim in for unaffordable lending, hopefully they’ll be next to fold and disappear.

With no missing payments all payments was took on the correct date...there option to top loan up is a farce always got turned down....now with only one payment left the top up option was automatically declined without options.....they are a quick payday lender that goes back on their word...would definately NOT recommend at all.

I paid my 1st payment on time and has my money worked out! Then they go and take another £46 for no reason no warning and has now left me overdrawn and on more dept!! Absolutely shocking

They charge me 33.99 for immediate subscrition with ID idmonitoring and set up monthly subscrition. After aplication which was decilne I received massive attack from e-mails tex messages!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE NEVER EVER! People - I asked for small money after 1 minutes I have less!

Applied online expecting to be declined, but Peachy helped me when other companies wouldn’t!!! Quick online application, straight forward and quick response with acceptance via email. Just in time for Xmas & I Had my loan within an hour!!! The site has plenty of help/support answers too for anyone unsure of certain things such as ‘Top up’ of your current loan... this is a great feature, you pay the current interest owed and then you can increase your loan, it seems like a handy safetynet to have. I’m really happy with peachy’s service ... 5 star service overall!!! ***** Thanks Peachy!!

I've heard a lot of bad things about short term loans, but this one is great. Would advise you to keep on top of it, but if you pay back early, you save yourself a lot of interest costs.

Great service until you need help. I had my pay date changed. Out of my hands and peachy would not accommodate it. I understand once the loan is issued it can't be changed but no need to add on the interest daily til my new paydate. Absolutely disgusting way of making more money

Peachy is a quick and reliable service. I have no trouble in the past. Even when I missed a payment. The staff dealt with my situation in a positive way. I would recommend to friends and family it would be advisable to be in a working position before you take out a loan.There isn’t much dislike about peachy like any other loan companies the APR is high.I am just happy peachy could provide the service needef

I had a loan with a different company in the past and was not impressed with their rates so decided on Peachy Loans and have never looked back. Their customer service is amazing and they always put the customer first so I will not be going anywhere else again.I like the apr too, Which is manageable and the fact there is no hostile pressure to take another loan, unlike some.All in all, a big thumbs up for Peachy!

Had a small loan with Peachy over 12 mths, repaid in full within a couple of weeks. My account was then closed & I am not eligable for another loan due to my lending history.They didnt get the interest they thought they would so clossed account & do not want my custome.... Peachy there are plenty more fish in the sea.

I can get loans with any other PDL, Peachy will not even allow me to apply for any further loans with them due to my financial history with peachy..borrowed twice payed loans back within weeks in full, instead of months.If I apply then I am directed to log in which then says account closed. my credit score as improved & my circumstances have never been better. The bottom line is that if you take a loan with Peachy & repay early (denying them the interest they would have heard)then they dont want your custom. Bad practice & goes totally against FCA guide lines.

So today I rang to make an arrangement to pay due to losing my job. It took me a lot to ring them as I suffer badly from anxiety and depression, so once on the call the lady told me I needed to complete an income and outgoing form and I informed here that I didn't feel comfortable with this and under the Data Protection Act 1998 I didn't have to do disclose any information I did not feel comfortable with, she then told me that if i did not do it then they could not agree to anything and the interest would keep be added. So I felt like I had no choice but to do the Income form. I then told her I would like to make a complaint and she told me I would have to contact another department, another phone call, something else I had to work myself up for. Once on this call the guy put me on hold for around 5 minutes and then came back and tried to tell me he couldn't do it. This company is shocking and I want to take this matter further. Avoid this company at all cost. Better companies out there.

Your income and expenditure statement forms the basis of your repayment plan as it shows exactly how much funds you have left at the end of the month to pay your creditors. Peachy is a good service when it wants to be. I understand the level of criteria changes which can be annoying. The acceptance and payment process I have never had a problem with but applying for a new loan I have. My first peachy loan term was 3 months which I paid before even before 1 month ended. I was then declined for the next 12 months. I then took 400 over 6 months paid on time for four months then cleared on the 5th month. I was then declined again with peachy. My credit score has improved and not decreased since but yet still declined. To me this shows even when paid on time "being a trusted borrower" peachy only loans to those that have low credit when it suits it's business not helping it's customers. Other then the loyalty side a reasonable service.

I found Peachy very helpful when I needed money in those white good needed replacing & soon!!! There was no problem at all. And the pay back deal was good too. All staff were helpful when needed and found the whole experience very useful.

I have transferred you my payment today but I'm extremely dissatisfied with your service, I have tried to make my payment online since I received a message saying my payment was unsuccessful, I tried to contact you but your call centres don't operate on weekends and the fact that the money is in my account, my bank details are correct and you have just hit me with a late payment fee and negatively impacted my credit rating when I have never missed or been late with a payment in over a year of being a customer of yours is ridiculous. The problem was at your end not mine so making me have to pay for your mistake is just a joke! After I pay of this loan I will never be using your service again and have already contacted the financial ombudsman and left negative reviews with my family and friends and all over social media. Your service is a joke!!!

Therefore, it is very important to ensure that you have registered up to date card details on your Peachy account. In case your debit card details have changed then we will not be able to collect the payment until you have updated them. To ensure our customers are always able to make their payments on time, we enable them access to their online Peachy account where you can update your card and make your payment whenever you want. Alternatively, you can always make us a bank transfer, we sent you our account details in the reminder email a day before your repayment date. In case you did make your payment via bank transfer then it might be that we just haven't received it yet. If this is the case, then you will not be asked to pay the late payment fee as we'll see when the payment was made.
