“Ask for help after been made redundant.”

Written on: 31/01/2015 by Lina1976 (1 review written)

I was mad redundant at Christmas, you phone them up to ask for a payment plan. I only owed £90 and 1 day passed my repayments date. I was told i was lying about my situation and had to show proof, when I asked to speak to a manager, i was told " I could not". I had to phone them 4 time before I got to speak to a manager, but she was very helpful, but they are still charging me intresst on my loan, when they should freez any interest. Back at work now, and will not use them again… Read Full Review

Dear customer,

We are sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with the level of service that you have received. Please be so kind and contact our Collections Department in order to discuss the inconveniences you have faced.
Today we are trying to help our customers to receive required loans even if we are unable to give out the loan ourselves with searching another service provider to them.
There is not this kind of tickbox "I DO NOT WANT MY DETAILS PAST ON TO THIRD PARTY COMPANIES" in our page, so you werent been able to refuse it.
Thank you very much for the feedback, because it helps us to improve and offer our clients the best service in the market.

“Meh”

Written on: 23/01/2015 by pmScott1972 (1 review written)

I used peachy for a short term loan. All went fine, I got the money in my account fine, took a few more hours than I expected, but it went in. Anyway, I am trying to log in to my account to pay back my loan early and it won't let me, stating to reset my password. 1) I already have a password as I have it in a text they sent me and it isn't working 2) They CHARGE you to reset your password each time which is why I think it is conveniently not allowing me into my account. So they can charge me… Read Full Review

“Bullys, Scare mongering for a £90 loan i never...”

Written on: 19/12/2014 by Maggiem326 (1 review written)

I apparently gave the "wrong card details" so they "apparently" sent the £90 I was asking for to someone else's account. I asked for proof of the phone conversation in which I gave the wrong details and they sent me this dodgy file that corrupted my computer and wouldn't send me anything else (sounded like they didn't want me to hear the conversation would you believe???) Long story short I told them I wouldn't pay for something I haven't received so then got all the threatening emails with… Read Full Review

Are you kidding? I never want to deal with you again! This was more than a month ago and I have just got off the phone with them again today (21/01/2015) because I have received letters threatening court because I have not paid...hahaha, this was paid over a month ago and she just argued with me till she was blue in the face that it was outstanding, before coming back with oh yeah it was paid off. I genuinely think this company is run by the babies who attend nursery. Please leave me alone now

“Not worth the risk”

Written on: 03/12/2014 by 473Allison (1 review written)

If you apply for a loan with this lot and you are refused then be prepared to have your details passed onto every dodgy broker going who will pass your details onto more scummy brokers and charge you about 70 quid for the pleasure! You will also be bombarded with texts/emails from people who want to fleece you I couldn't quite believe that a firm of this size would force you to tick this box for the process to go through and are connected to so many dodgy brokers. DO NOT USE… Read Full Review

Same old scripted response! The reason someone is spamming us is because you have passed our details on, simple!! Their not good companies you are associated with either! The lowest of the low.
This page is full of people who have had the same experience...coincidence? I think not! If you want to be recognised as a leading lender in this industry then i suggest you stop forcing people who apply to tick the box and get matched with the pondlife of the PDL world

“DISGUSTED DO NOT USE”

Written on: 26/11/2014 by Rachaell393 (1 review written)

I was declined for a loan but it didn't say this on the screen. It diverted me to another company and said i'd been accepted and to put in my bank card details so whoever they were could charge me £67!! I didn't do this and just shut down the webpage. I then received an email from Peachy saying they had declined my loan. However, I was then bombarded by text messages about loans, mobile phone contracts etc etc. and bombarded with emails about loans some of which were from outside of the… Read Full Review
