“applied for a loan last November everything went well...”

written by 17Edmondson on 26/01/2015

applied for a loan last November everything went well was told money will be transfer in 15 mins (£120) waited over three hours for it to come rang them back to find out what going on they said they had just sent the money so I rang off and checked my bank still no money this was after waiting another hour so rang then back yet again then told me that my loan had bin declined I was angry for having me wait all this time.
Thought that was it from them then on the 16th dec 2014 they took a loan repayment of £34.90 out of my account for a loan I didn't get I rang them up and asked them why they did this for a loan I was declined on all I got off off them was Because we can what are you going to do about it then they hung up on me they wouldn't answer my calls if I did get to speak to them via a different phone soon has I say my name they would just hang up on me.since they have tried further to take repayments out but they can't now I have a new bank account thanks to them bin getting threading letters and emails off them they said the outstanding balance is now £2500.
Not only this my details were past on to other brokers and loan company's without my permission I ticked the box saying I DO NOT WANT MY DETAILS PAST ON TO THIRD PARTY COMPANIES but they still did.
I have now taken legal advice from my solicitor going forward on taking them to court.

MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU END UP IN A WORLD OF TROUBLE WITH THIS COMPANY

Dear customer,

We are sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with the level of service that you have received. Please be so kind and contact our Collections Department in order to discuss the inconveniences you have faced.
Today we are trying to help our customers to receive required loans even if we are unable to give out the loan ourselves with searching another service provider to them.
There is not this kind of tickbox "I DO NOT WANT MY DETAILS PAST ON TO THIRD PARTY COMPANIES" in our page, so you werent been able to refuse it.
Thank you very much for the feedback, because it helps us to improve and offer our clients the best service in the market.

wow so it's impossible to avoid your details being sold if you use Peachy? That's really poor. And I think it might also contravene regulations. Also your English is appalling.
