Applied for a loan on a friday and get approved and they say funds will be in your account within two hour... Great you think!!!
Not at all as wait two hours and no funds deposited only to then recieve email saying i need to send a document in for final processing...
Do this within half an hour and ring to confirm this has been recieved and they confirm it has and say funds will be now deposited.
Wait all day and no funds recieved so call them on the saturday to be told systems are now down and will have to wait till the monday till its fixed over the weekend.
Call back today monday and they say systems are still playing up and will recieve email/call as an when fixed.
Has been an absoloute joke from the first moment of applying and never had so much hassle from a company...
They are missleading in everyway possible
