Stay well away fro these lying sharks and money gaga they the same company if they dnt get there money on the 1st time they will keep trying ur bank everyday until they do not omly do u end up payin money warehouse u end up paying money gaga aswell.Then when u ask for ur money back from both ov them they hide behind there website if u want there phone numbers google there name and put contact numbers u will find them.But please stau away.i wosh these companys could b shut down.

I got my money back!!!!

Call this number: 0.8.0.0.6.9.0.6.8.6.0 (They answer as the moneygroup) but its the same company.

There are lots of people who seemed to be being treated badly by this company, I was to and i'm embarrassed.

Anyway...

I just wanted to put this on here so i can help other people. Through a little persistence you can get your money back (as long as you contact within 14 days)

Tell them what they have done - ie. Taken an authorized payment from your account. Threaten them with legal action and say you want this refunded immediately. They will say they have to give you a refund form to complete. Complete it - send it back. Email it back - dont bother posting it like they request - i told them i wasnt going to post it.

They said 1 - 7 days but i bombarded their inbox explaining that I needed the money asap, which i did! and they put it within a few hours.

Just be persistent - threaten legal action and threaten to report them to the FOS. If this doesnt work - then report them anyway.
