DO NOT SEND ANY UKASH VOUCHERS TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT BASED AT 4 MORE LONDON, RIVERSIDE BUT IN FACT INDIA. THEY HAVE MANAGED TO SCAM ME OUT OF A THOUSAND POUNDS AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY, I HAVE GOT THE POLICE, TRADING STANDARDS AND OTHERS ON THE CASE AS I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL. Having used these around 4 times and paying every loan back on time, i was refused a loan with no explenation at all, i wrote and emailed them and was ignored. DO NOT USE THESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 (read more)

the same happened to me they took money of me promising me a loan but didnt pay me tried to contact them and they just kept hanging up

I am a customer of Money Lender and have always paid my loans either on time or early. I am going on holiday next week and needed a loan to cover certain expenses. I was refused. I was told that they were unable to confirm my details. After several emails between myself and Money Lender asking what can I do to resolve the matter I was advised to send a copy of my bank statement. “IVE HAD BETTER BUT GOOD RATES NON THE LESS!”

to cut a long story short, money lender were very good at the start, very fast and efficient BUT after having 4 previous loans wich i paid back on time on the 5th time of asking they declined me and after several emails i sent asking why i'd been rejected they told me it was not their decision but an automated one, i was left VERY disappointed as i relied on the money, frustrating! After filling out the form, and providing my documents. I waited around an hour before I had another email telling me to click a link to complete my loan. I was then asked to verify my card details, which I did i had the sufficient funds required to verify my account/card. I was told I had been APPROVED. I then relieved an email again saying I was approved, and that my funds would be with me soon, and to click another link to agree to my loan agreement. I did that and all was complete. Then... i had the same problem as above, i had 4 payday loans with this company and paid back on the promise dates so i applied a 5th time for money i needed and was told i'd been rejected, i asked for a reason and after several emails i sent they told me that they dont make the decisions but the computer does, but they didnt mind giving me money thr first 4times. i was quite disappointed and it would take a lot for me to use this service again!

I needed £425 urgently to pay some overdue rent. After an hour waiting to talk to my bank they wouldn't help me even though I have been a customer for more than 10 years and never gone overdrawn! MoneyLender approved my loan in less than 5 minutes and I was relieved to see the money go into my account later the same morning.
