I have found the support from Loans Direct UK awful. I have tried since 10/06/2014 to contact their customer support to cancel a membership that I do not want, its now 24/06/2014 and I've had no response. The contact number they display is just as useless as they're always experiencing high call volumes! They constantly send you text messages saying you've been approved and to log in but I don't even have any log in details to access an account so not very happy about them taking money for a service I have not been able to use. I seriously would not recommend using this company!
