Anyways, our first interactions seemed fine, but it didn't take long for the mans true personality to shine through- his belittling attitude will be sure to make you feel even more awful about your current financial state. Worst experience of my life! As if things weren't overwhelming, stressful, and badee of e eenough. Go somewhere else!! Save yourself the embarrassment!!!

I was contacted on 29th of June by a certain person that a lot of people refer to as 'M' he confirmed a loan of £2500 was approved and ready to be transferred into my bank account, he then asked me to go to a one stop store very close to where I live and get 2 ukash vouchers one for £10 and one for £20 I then had to call him and give him the voucher numbers and then the loan would be transferred to my account, I was a bit hesitant about doing this and I said 'this must be a joke' if I did this I would be in an unofficial overdraft, he persuaded me the loan would be transferred within 30mins after I'd given him the voucher numbers so I reluctantly agreed to do it, I've heard nothing since then although the vouchers have been cashed by him and no loan transferred , I've since been in touch with action fraud, and taken all emails from 'M' to my local police station including 2 recorded phone calls, and the confirmation of my loan email, this guy is despicable, doesn't care who he rips off, I've had to borrow money to put back into my account to pay off the money I used for vouchers, I hope he gets the book thrown at him and gets prison sentence, Please beware of this man

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending this company too my friends and family.

Filled in the application form & received a phone call from a staff member explaining that some details were missing off the form. From filling in the form,the phone call and the loan being paid out took less than one & half days. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend Lightning Loans to my friends.

i have taken out a loan with lightningloans and from the stsrt of the application to actually speaking to nice woman on the other end of the phone. They were professional, polite and done a financial check which was good. The only down side is it did take alittle longer than originally said to transfer the money to my account otherwise great company

When I started to look for a loan,I checked out the website first. I called Lightning Loans and asked a few questions, the staff were able to answer all my questions and made sure there wasn't anything else I needed to know. The staff then explained how to fill in the form on line. I received a phone call from the Underwriter with in a few hours and the money was deposited in my bank account in the next hour. The only thing I would say in the negative is on the website it does say the loan is paid out with in the hour,it did take just under 4 hours. Great service from all the staff involved.
