I had applied for a £3000 loan with a couple of companies (which I was declined, due to bad credit). I received a call from discover loans who said they would be able to offer me a loan. They went through a quick Q&A with me, then said they would pass me through to a supervisor who would be able to help me. Once the supervisor came on the phone, they stated that I would need to pay them £65 at the end of the call. I asked them what this was for, and she put the phone down. That was my experience with discover loans. In my opinion, I think the level of customer service was pretty rubbish. Please be aware, When the supervisor told me I had to pay £65 at the end of the call, She said it so quickly that I had to ask her to repeat it 3 times. In my opinion, they say it this quick so that you can't understand them an you just end up saying yes.
