I applied for a loan of these people yesterday. I phoned for an update around four hours later to be told to apply again , something went wrong! Hmmmm......... This sounded a bit dodgy, however I tried again online and it came up with a message saying they were processing my loan and it would be in soon! At around half six that night I received a txt message saying the money had been transferred and an email with my contract. All looked good, kept checking my bank no money and its suppost to take two hours at the most! The next morning still not in so I phoned them, they responded with sometimes this happens we have all the correct details ok bye bye! I was shocked and told the man I was not coming off the phone until I knew what was happening, I asked to speak to a manager or fraud department and he told me no. I hung up and thought ok I will phone back and speak to a different advisor, I got the same man who was so rude asking me why I had phoned back in the money would be in my account within two days! Worst company ever, that was this morning still no money,please do not use, I am concerned they have my details and that I will be held for a loan i don't have. Also these idiots trade under another name too so be careful. Mistakes happen i know but the man I spoke to was so rude and sounded so dodgy! Avoid this company at all costs!

My son got into debt with these companies, we payed of his debt and told them not to lend any more money and to close the accounts, did they do this NO, We were then informed that 1 of the loans had not been payedwhen we spoke on the phone we told them it was done by bank transfer using the sort code and account number given to us by them. I then had to fax proof of payment which i did told them to acknowledge reciept of this but guess what they never did. they told us in hands of their accounts department, then my son recieved an email on christmas day informing him that after numerous attempts by them to contact him it has now been passed on to debt recovery agency, when in fact we Have contacted them on numerous occasions by phone, e mail and fax.

these guys are the worst loans ever, i borrowed £150 of them for 29 days, 7 days later they said i need too pay my loan and that i owed them £232, when in fact a day before they texts me saying i owe £191 , so basicly over night it when up £41.... thats crazy tbh, even before i had a chance too pay the loan back they said they have moved my file along too ND recovery... this was 13 days into my 29 day loan...... i happily paid them the 232 they wanted, then i got sent a letter and the amount i owe some how made it to £645, cmon thats day light robbery!!!!! and now they are still sending me texts saying they are sending out bailiffs, i paid the loan off and they are still saying i havent!! someone help

Not a fan of these rip off lenders, but they can be useful if you need money for a few days. Came across this company on the web, seemed OK and was accepted. Sent me a text saying funds transferred. Two days later there is still nothing in my account. Their Head Office is apparently "looking into it". Possibly fraudulent as they have set my account up, have the right details etc, but have sent me no contract or money. Avoid at all costs.
