Never ever ever waste your time with this company. You call for a status, they bark a script at you and hang up. Call back and try asking questions they talk over you and hang up. I applied 3 days ago and still nothing, I have cancelled my application and have called to confirm this but they repeat their script and I'm not convinced this has been cancelled. Worst customer service I've ever come across, never respond to emails and I still am completely in the dark to what is happening. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. Do not waste your time and you will end up with a loan when you no longer require it
