Having tried various treatments, with no long term sucess, I decided to go for the natrual sun bleached grey look. The big problem was how to stop the black mould growing and the teak turning green over winter. Last spring (2015) I applied Simply Gone as per the instructions, it was quick and easy to apply and a follow up treatment was carried out in September. The result, nice clean lookng teak decks, a silver grey colour with no black mould marks. There is now , February 2016 a small area on the north side of the boat that is showing a tinge of green and as per the instructions is due another treatment, otherwise they look nice and clean and much better than lhis time last year, when I needed to spend two days of scrubbing to get them looking good again. Whilst the product may appear expensive, it is diluted quite considerably and therefore makes a lot of usable product.

I applied this product in October and followed the instructions exactly. It was very easy to apply, but I notice that some of the moss is reappearing. It is very disappointing as the product sounded so good on the web site. I expected better results for the money.
