Ordered a greehouse from Waltons. They sent me a product with a manufacturing fault
To get any sense out of Waltons has been a tedious process. Considering that their greenhouses aren't exactly cheap you would think that they would have been more forthcoming to solve the problem, but I have had to send them 6 emails (so far!) and I haven't got anywhere.It has now been a month so I decided it would be less painful to deal with the fault myself.
It has cost me money to get Waltons mistake rectified, but I just cannot be bothered to chase them up any longer. Avoid them at all cost as if anything is wrong with your order you will not get a refund or any help from them.
