Visalogic, in my opinion are quite simply one of the best possible options for anyone seeking guidance in their Immigration situation. If you have a budget or low funds then this is affordable for everybody compared to paying for other legal representation. Even for the most straight forward visa application or renewal navigating the procedures at the UKBA can be a daunting exercise. I have used Visalogic twice. “misleading and inept customer service ”

My husband and I chose to use VisaLogic after they had told him they were confident the process would only take three weeks. Six weeks later all of the paper work had been turned in to them, yet still they have not even submitted the initial application. We were promised it would be done over a week and half ago and still they haven't done anything in that time. Their rates were only slightly lower than competitors but certainly exuberant for the service or the lack of service we have... (read more)

Thanks for the feedback. In the interests of achieving a positive result for any application we submit, we can only submit an application once we have all relevant and necessary supporting evidence. Our turnaround time to prepare applications ready for submission is 24 hours. “Dependant visa success - at last!”

After 1 failed visa application I approached this company following a recommendation from my friend who used them for her spouse visa. From the first phone call the consultant seemed to understand all of the issues I was faced with and he took the time to answer all my questions (there were lots!). The best thing was that once I had paid the money they kept in contact with me often to let me know how my case was progressing. Now I have my visa issued and i cannot say how grateful I am for...
